Processing Time
All products are handmade and made to order. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization requests, and holidays.
For bulk orders, custom event orders, or large quantity purchases, processing times will be discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Shipping Delays
Kat-chy Cups is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The original packaging
• The shipping label
We will review the claim and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
